Booking Policies
Cancellation
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments
When booking appointments, please ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried. If this is not done, an additional $10 fee will be added to the final total. Please note that deposits are not part of the final total; they are only used to hold your spot and are non-refundable.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time! A 15-minute grace period will be allowed, but after this time, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Payments
We accept payments in the form of cash and credit cards. Please note that no other payment methods are accepted.
